this has become one of my new favorites in the past week and will soon rise to my top 25 played. the whole piece is gorgeous--very soulful, gospel like, less poppy than Mika's other stuff--but the last 2 minutes in particular are arguably some of the most beautiful, awe-inspiring minutes of music in my entire collection.
the album version of this song is 10 minutes long, but it's a fake 10 minutes with 5 minutes of silence and a "hidden track." i fucking hate hidden tracks. who the fuck do you think you're fooling? so yeah, i cut it down to just the real part of the song, no hidden track, sorry.
